REGISTERING TO SUPERVISE A DEPENDENT ADULT 

All customers must register with us by creating accounts and signing waivers through our Customer Portal before attending the centre

A Parent or legal guardian creates an account for themselves

• You'll be sent a verification email after entering your email and password, check your Junk if you cant find it.

Create a profile for the dependent adult in the household section of your account

Sign a waiver for yourself and the dependent adult and watch the Induction Video that opens in the Pop-Up window
 

• Use the  tick boxes to ensure you are signing it for yourself and the dependent adult

• Watch the video linked in the form

• The waiver appears in a pop up window, if you have problems seeing it, ensure you've enabled pop up windows in your browser settings

• As a supervisor you'll be tested on the video and waiver at the centre so ensure you watch and read them thoroughly, particularly the supervision section. ​​
