• Maximum ratios per Supervisor:​ ​
  - One child if they are aged 5 to 6 years old (Supervisor can't climb)
  - Two children if they are both aged 7yrs+ (Supervisor can climb)
  - Two adults
  N.B No children under 5's in the centre during drop-in sessions
   

• A maximum of one supervisor per climber is permitted
   

• All supervisors must be over the age of 18

• Supervisors must obtain prior consent from the parents or legal guardians of any individuals under 18 years of age or dependent adults before bringing them climbing 
   

• All supervisors must complete a pass a Supervisors Skills Check at the centre (answers to the questions are in the Waiver and video) ​​
   

• Supervisors can only climb if their supervisees are aged 7yrs+ and remain stationary in a safe location away from fall zones
